If the problem is more serious, household ammonia, mild detergent and bleach may be necessary. Combining household ammonia with detergent creates a cleaning solution that you can use to rinse the inside of the unit. After rinsing the inside of the machine, wipe it dry with a towel and then use liquid bleach to finish cleaning the machine.
